Refunds and alternatives are assessed according to the circumstances and any costs already incurred.

If an activity becomes unavailable because of such circumstances, we will communicate with guests where possible and make reasonable arrangements based on the situation.

If an incoming flight is delayed, The Desert Rangers will maintain communication with the guest where possible.
No additional charge will automatically be applied merely because an incoming flight is delayed.
The itinerary may need to be adjusted to protect the guest’s return to the airport. The tour will not intentionally be shortened simply because of a delay, and an extension may be possible depending on the circumstances.
If a severe delay makes the tour impractical, approximately 75–85% of the original payment may be refunded, depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
The guide will remain in communication with the guest and wait where reasonably possible.
If the guest’s onward flight is delayed after the tour has begun, the tour will normally be completed according to the booked duration and the guest will be returned to the airport.
Additional sightseeing time may be purchased at the applicable hourly rate where practical.
The Desert Rangers does not guarantee that a passenger will make an onward flight.
Immigration, airport security, airline delays, traffic, weather, road conditions and other circumstances outside The Desert Rangers’ control may affect travel time.
