Pickup and drop-off are included from most areas of Dubai city, plus Sharjah city and Ajman city. Guests arriving on cruise ships can also be collected from the Dubai Cruise Terminal at Port Rashid or Dubai Harbour. There is no surcharge within our standard coverage area. Pickup from areas further out is available for an extra charge, so message us on WhatsApp with your location and we’ll confirm.

Dune bashing involves sudden turns, steep ascents and descents, and traversing uneven terrain. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back or neck problems, those with heart conditions, or anyone with other medical issues. It is also not recommended for infants (aged 0 to 2 years). Please inform us in advance if you are pregnant, have any injuries or medical conditions, or are accompanied by young children so that we can provide guidance and properly prepare for your experience. You can still enjoy the camp, camel ride, dinner, and shows.
Pickup is usually between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM from October to March and between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM from April to September. Your exact time depends on your location and is confirmed after booking.
